DMCA Policy
Introduction
Urfiles Cloud ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our platform to do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we have adopted the following policy for addressing claims of copyright infringement.
If you believe that material available on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice of claimed infringement (a “DMCA Takedown Notice”) to our Designated Copyright Agent as described below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a valid DMCA Takedown Notice, you must provide the following information in writing:
● Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are being reported, you may provide a representative list.
● Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, with sufficient information to allow us to locate it on our platform (e.g., specific URLs or screenshots).
● Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
● A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
● A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
● Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled in error, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include the following information:
● Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal (e.g., specific URLs).
● A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
● Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
● A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (if in the U.S.) or the appropriate court in your country, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA Takedown Notice or their agent.
● Your physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
Urfiles Cloud reserves the right to terminate user accounts that are found to be repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA or applicable laws.
